Food and service great as usual. It is however absurd to have paying customers sat in a freezing cold restaurant because the kitchen staff have windows open when the cars outside are covered in ice! Update: we have once again on today's visit (31.3.18) endured a freezing cold meal. We actually made it very clear to our nice waitress today that it seemed very cold in the restaurant. She assured us that her manager would turn the heating back on. Things improved for a short while, but by desert time we were once again frozen. This is a ridiculous state of affairs. We've been loyal customers here since it openned, but if it happens one more time it will sadly be our last ever visit.
Poor service, average food, offers subject to an app that does not work well. Fairly unimpressed. Overall it was average but let down further by mediocrity of service and annoyance of their new app, required for redeeming an offer without success - I don't want to spend my time in a restaurant trying to get an app on my phone to work because the waitress says I need it to! Bring back common sense!

Interesting Indian restaurant. Wednesday night special was great value for £17 per head. Last time we passed by it in March 2018, it was closed.
Consistently excellent food and service. So much so that I frequent it every week, and would recommend the Tawa. Enjoy. Regards J.

As with any franchise, it can be hot and miss. I have never had a problem with this Nandos though. Always a friendly atmosphere and somewhere to wait while your takeaway order is compiled. Friendly staff and clean toilets.
I find Nando's mostly consistent. Unfortunately the butterfly chicken breast meal (not burger) was dissapointing. I received an underwhelming piece of chicken that did not suggest the butterflied breasts from a single chicken. Also the meat was slightly dry, not moist and succulent as I'm used to from Nando's. Unfortunately this drop in quality is systemic due to cut backs in both the public and private sectors. You don't always get what you pay for anymore.
